Yet we believe in the value of being conscious about your wellness and wanted to reward those that are conscious as well. This program rewards those that take the time to receive regular care for their wellness. Each time you come in for an appointment and present you conscious card, you will receive a stamp towards your rewards. The more often you focus on your wellness, the quicker you receive your rewards for being conscious about your wellness. After every 6th visit stamped on your card; your next visit will have a discount applied. It's that simple to benefit from this program.
